Talk to an Actual Painter, Not a Call Centre

When you call 647-450-8704, you get someone who has held a brush. That matters, because the questions you have are usually the ones a receptionist cannot answer. Will two coats be enough over that dark accent wall? Can the ceiling stay white if the walls go warm grey? Do you have to move the piano? We can answer all of that on the phone, in about five minutes, before anyone books anything.

If you would rather not call, the form above works just as well. Tell us the rooms, roughly when you want it done, and anything unusual about the space. We reply the same day, and often within the hour during business hours.

What Happens After You Get in Touch

1. Same-day reply. A real person reads your message and gets back to you, usually within a few hours.
2. A few quick questions. Room count, ceiling height, wall condition, and whether you are living in the space while we work. This is where most of the price is decided.
3. A free on-site visit. For anything larger than a room or two we come and look. Quoting a paint job from photos is how surprises end up on invoices.
4. A written, fixed quote. Line by line, so you can see what each part costs and remove anything you do not want. The number you approve is the number you pay.
5. A date that suits you. Most interior jobs are done in a single day, so you are rarely without a usable room for long.

Where We Work

We cover Toronto proper and most of the GTA: Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, East York, the Beaches, Leslieville, Yorkville, King West and Liberty Village, plus Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Brampton, Burlington, Milton, Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, Oshawa, Aurora and Newmarket. If you are just outside that list, ask anyway. We travel for the right job.

When You Can Reach Us

We answer the phone Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and Saturdays 9am to 4pm. Messages sent on Sunday get answered Monday morning. If you have an urgent job, such as a unit that has to be ready for a tenant or a closing date, say so in your first message and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit the date.

Emails go to info@torontopainters.ca and are read by the same people who run the crews, not by a marketing inbox.

Before You Call, It Helps to Know

• Roughly how many rooms, and whether ceilings and trim are included
• Whether any walls are currently a dark or bold colour
• If there is damage to patch, such as cracks, nail pops or water stains
• For condos, the building name, since most towers need a certificate of insurance and an elevator booking
• Your ideal week, and how flexible it is
